2. Collection, processing and storage of data 

We are processing our customer’s data in accordance with our contractual services, which comprise conceptual and strategic consulting, campaign planning , software and design development and consulting, the maintenance and implementation of campaigns and processes/handling, server administration, data analysis, consulting and training services.

At that, we process inventory data (customer base data, such as name and address), contact data (like e-mail, telephone number), payment data (bank details, payment history), usage and metadata (e.g. in the process of evaluation and performance measurement of marketing activities). We will not process special categories of personal data except as part of a commissioned assignment.

Affected by this will be our customers, prospective clients and customers of which, users, website visitors, collaborators and other parties. The purpose of this processing is the provision of contractually commissioned services, billing and customer service. The legal basis of processing arise from the European General Data protection Regulation. We process data that is necessary to establish and fulfill contractual obligations and point to the necessity of its passing on to us. Transfer to other parties will only happen when it is necessary to fulfill an assignment. In the course of the processing of the data submitted to us by a client we will act according to their instructions and to the legal requirements of data protection. We will not process data for any other than the commissioned purpose.

We will erase all data after expiry of all legal warranty and other obligations. The necessity of data storage will be examined every three years, in the case of legal storage obligations erasure will be carried out according to those legal obligations. In the case of data disclosed to us by clients in the course of a commissioned assignment, we will in principle erase this data after fulfilling the assignment.
