International creative agency and design studio looks for a talented graphic designer and event producer for event & trade fair productions and interior design projects, web design, print collaterals, campaigns, and merchandising. We look both for a senior professional and a junior talent/trainee.
CM Creative International produces projects across Europe and is renowned for its handcrafted, artistic, creative, corporate and architectural designs serving mainly technology and industrial companies as well as public organisations.
Your typical work tasks include:
- Contributing to idea generation and creative brainstorming, following brand guidelines
- Designing promotional material and campaign assets for landing pages, email marketing, digital adverts, website banners, print collaterals and merchandising. Ensuring design best practices are followed.
- Producing social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Developing artworks and final arts in photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, …
- Provider search, cost calculations and general production and project management

Required technical skills:
- Excellent academic preparation or relevant work experience
- Strong portfolio/show reel
- Precise design & layout skills, exceptional eye for detail and passion for design and the arts
- Great general knowledge of the arts, history and technology to come up with brilliant and innovative ideas.
- Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A plus would be good knowledge of web design software like Figma, CSS..
- Strong conceptualizing skills with the ability to come up with a range of creative options to any brief
- Ability to take creative concepts from ideation through to final deliverables across marketing touch points
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; high degree of initiative, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent knowledge of materials and production techniques
- Strong technical skills and commitment to (technical) details
- We highly value an artistic background.
Required soft skills:
- Passionate about design
- Very good knowledge of the arts & history
- Strong interest and knowledge about different software and new technologies (Ai-based, virtual reality, ..)
- Good organization skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- High degree of responsibility and perfectionism
- Ability to manage a project on your own
- Excellent English is a must, further languages are a plus
