Objectives
- Fusion of the Israelian industrial printing company Scitex with Hewlett Packard
- Presentation of the new service-portfolio
- Make existing customers continue their collaboration with Scitex/HP despite of structural and organizational changes

- Location scouting and selection of all service providers and artists
- Event screen development, event production and management of all logistic services: artistic concept; stage construction, stage management, lighting & audio design, furniture & decoration, logistics and transport management, security, branding and production of all advertising materials, VIP backstage management, management of all public licenses and assurances, flow and risk plan
- Coordination of the event team consisting of 100 staff and 40 different service providers
