- Exhibition stand design with detailed 3D Renderings
- Design and construction of high visibility elements: Suspended satellite suspended below a tilted roof as a signature centerpiece, car demo area with LED-lit architectural frame, digital backdrop and tech room behind, supersize glowing Wind River 3D letters above a meeting room
- Functional space layout integrating welcome counter, 2 different demo areas, car demo space, 2 meeting room, open meeting lounge with barrista bar with central backoffice
- Onsite client event design and production on second exhibition day with catering, merchandise, entertainment
- Graphic design of all booth elements and their application
- Exhibition stand construction incl. assembly and dismantling, permission management and implementation of car logistics
- Project management from A-Z incl. technical implementation planning, pre-production, building permission approval with fair organization, trade fair logistics through to on-site support.

Project Description: With a striking visual composition, the Wind River booth at Embedded World 2025 embodied the future of intelligent systems. Center piece was the APTIV skateboard exhibit, positioned beneath a suspended James Webb satellite, an unmistakable symbol of Wind River’s impact across both automotive and aerospace industries. The dynamic interplay of these elements underscored the brand’s expertise in real-time, mission-critical software solutions.The black and glossy architectural frame of the car demo area with a tilted roof featured integrated LED lines, creating a futuristic runway effect while amplifying the sense of movement. A big scale LED wall behind the car further enriched the scene, displaying immersive digital content. Contrasting this, a bright white demo space , all spray painted, with dual screens provided a clean, interactive zone for in-depth product presentations. A spacious open meeting lounge with signature furniture and barista bar offered a welcoming environment for discussions and was the main location for a client on invitation event, while two enclosed meeting rooms ensured privacy for strategic conversations. The booth’s fluid design, enriched with textile prints on the walls and illuminated accents, seamlessly guided visitors through a journey of innovation.
The result: a captivating, high-tech space that left a lasting impression.
