Objectives
- Organize the last global customer event for LHS prior to their full integration into Ericsson.
- Motivate existing customers to continue collaborating with the company in spite of structural and organizational changes.
- Present the company's vision of the immediate and middle-term future prospects.
- Give proof of the high professionalism of the marketing team to organize a high end event for their most important customers.
Services
- Select, furnish and manage a three day conference for 220 people with stage, audiovisual backdrop, signage elements, light & audio design
- Design and build an exhibition with 10 sponsors stands and demos including the presence of premium brands like Oracle, HP and Atos
- Set-up a live-video-streaming of the conferences in the main conference hall.
- Create and produce a premium social program including a gala dinner at a Viennese palais from the 17th century including a concert of the Viennese opera orchestra, a private concert of world famous opera singers and a proprietary musical production with the ensemble of the national Viennese theatres
- Promo video production and film & video documentation of the entire conference & events
- Management of all hospitality arrangement including F&B, transport, merchandise production, tours, etc...
