Objectives
- Extend the pool of companies collaborating with the NEBA-network
- Give young people with risk of social exclusion the chance to establish a first and successful contact with private sector companies
- Promote the capabilities & the potential of young people with handicaps and/or risk of social exclusion among the private sector
- Position the extensive service portfolio of the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs Service through strategic partnerships and targeted PR
Services
- Concept development for the Austrianwide initiative ; creation & production of all communication materials (web, print, banner, video)
- Management of the entire B2B campaign: search, contracting and contact for all participating companies,
- Throughout project management: event management, logistics, communication with all stakeholders and reporting
- Media relations: PR strategy development & implementation , development of media partnerships, organization of two press conferences, one with the presence of the Austrian minister of Work & Social Affairs Rudolf Hundstorfer
Results
- Achievement of more than 650 „taster days“, enabling young people to try more than 90 different job profiles in all Austria
- Initiative was covered more than 140 times in premium media ( TV, print, radio, und online-media)
- Increased awareness of the NEBA brand and offer in targeted media and among the general public
- Due to the great results this special initiative is continued in 2014 and again managed by CM Creative
