Objectives
- Recognize trends and anticipate demographic development processes are key success factors in today's (business) world
- Within the series of trend-seminars "Profit-Recruiting", CM Creative takes the role of a social agitator, addressing real needs and taking advantage of existing synergies
Services
- Profit-Recruiting is conceived as a series of information events to connect employers, social organizations and public institutions and to share experiences and information about the recruitment process of disabled people.
- The 4-hour-events are organized in two separate parts. During the first part, well known experts inform about market trends and demographic developments and three selected companies' show-case their CSR-strategy and market acceptance.
- During the second part of the event, participants are invited to visit the small exhibition area, where experts in recruiting and public funds share knowledge and experience.
- CM Creative takes care of the proposal of speakers and experts, fundraising to cover logistical costs and speaker's fees, as well as logistical organization and press coordination.
